- Any person who has been granted British Citizenship and wishes to hold their citizenship ceremony in the Royal Borough
- Any person wishing to have a Naming, Commitment or Renewal of Vows Ceremony here in the Royal Borough regardless of where they are resident or their nationality
- Any person wishing to purchase a certified copy of a certificate for a birth, death, marriage or civil partnership that was registered within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea
