In the past, the London Development Agency (LDA) has provided Research and Development Grants for micro projects, research projects, development projects and exceptional projects up to a value of £500,000 . The grants were designed to help individuals, and small and medium enterprises, to research and develop technologically innovative products and processes.
However, following the election of a new Mayor of London, these grants have been temporarily suspended. The LDA would advise companies interested in applying for a grant to keep checking its website for updates.
