Predicted hourly nitrogen dioxide (N02) levels for 2005

The map shows which areas are expected to be above the objective level (200µg/m³ not to be exceeded more than 18 times per year by 2005).

The hourly average nitrogen dioxide concentrations are generally below the 2005 objective of 200µg/m³.  However, there are likely to be two areas where the objective may be exceeded.

This is shown by the yellow areas in Knightsbridge towards Hyde Park Corner and the eastern end of Kensington High Street.
