Performance Monitoring DigestThe information provided in the Performance Monitoring Digest shows details of the inspections carried out under the Food Safety and Health and Safety legislation at all commercial businesses within the Royal Borough. It shows the number of inspections undertaken and the percentage of them carried out on time. Where prosecutions have been taken in the period shown then details will be given. Additionally we detail in the report the competence score that are calculated for each business after every food hygiene, food standards, or health and safety inspection. These competence scores measure the ability of the management of each business to ensure that the risks arising from their activities are minimal. The digest will also outline any action the Directorate of Environmental Health have taken to comply with Food Hazard Warnings issued by the Food Standards Agency. There are some explanatory notes at the end of the report that may assist you when reading through the report.
