Environmental Services Licensing
The fees for applications made under the Licensing Act 2003 are set down in the Regulations issued by the Secretary of State.
For Personal Licence applications, the fee has been set at £37.00.
For premises licences and club registrations, the fees are on a sliding scale based on the rateable value of the premises. To assist licensees, the licensing team has collated details of rateable values for most licensed premises in the Borough. To find out the rateable value for your premises and the fee payable, type in the name or address of your premises and click on the "continue" button.

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of this data. However, if any inaccuracies come to light which result in a difference in the fee payable, the Council will pursue payment of any additional fee or refund any overpayment, whichever the case may be.
