Candidates must provide photographic ID if they are to sit an examination at levels 1, 2, 3 or 4. Remember no ID means no examination!
The Council will send your business and trainees evaluation forms to complete. Environmental Health Officers from your local authority may report back about the effect of the course on the trainee and your business.

The Qualification and Curriculum Authority approve the Certificate courses. These courses may enable further or higher education courses connected with catering, hospitality and/or food industry career development if a trainee goes on to a college of further education.
