Firecrest - an unusal visitor to the borough

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has worked with a wide range of organisations and individuals to develop the Local Biodiversity Action Plan.

The group consists of many Council departments along with local and regional wildlife and amenity groups in addition to government environmental agencies.
