Food Safety Pack

Here you can download individual chapters of the Food Safety Pack. The notes outline the requirements and guidelines for carrying out the process. The checklist allow you to print off a blank record so that you can maintain your own records.

This Food Safety Pack was devised, written and produced by the Food Safety Team of Wyre Borough Council's Environmental Health Service Unit.
