The Transport, Environment and Leisure Services (TELS) Service Delivery Plan 2007/08 shows the main services and projects that the business group will deliver for the year.
The plan shows the priorities and how resources are allocated. It shows how TELS takes into account and enhances corporate, government and community aspirations.
