What is a mutual exchange?

A mutual exchange involves two tenants swapping properties with one another. An exchange can take place between any Registered Social Landlord or Local Authority (ie Council) tenants. If you rent your property from a private landlord you are not able to exchange.

Search for a property

If you want to search for a property you can go to the search form.

You will need to register to add your property or get the contact details of a property you are interested in. Go to the registration form.
