Reason For Suspension
Please note if you select Contractor Van/s then you must supply the Vehicle Registration Number further down the form otherwise your application is void and will not be accepted.

Please note conditions below:

  • Crane Operations (including aerial platforms, cherry pickers and hoists) must have permission from the Council's Highways Department, please telephone 0207 341 5242 for more information.
  • Plant and Materials - The permit deposit must be paid before this application is accepted by Suspensions
  • Temporary Structures - The permit deposit must be paid before this application is accepted by Suspensions
  • Filming - All suspension applications must be made to the Council's RBKC Filming Office on 0207 341 5762 (not on this application form).

If the reason for the suspension is contractor van access, the suspension will not be granted without the contractor's vehicle registration number

We only grant suspensions for these vehicle types. Any other type of vehicle may be issued with a PCN

Avoid disabled persons' bays, diplomatic, car club and doctors' bays unless absolutely necessary.

*In order to facilitate better use of Parking in the Borough for Residents, Please indicate the time you expect the suspension to end each day

Payment

A member of the Suspensions team will contact you between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday by telephone to arrange payment by credit/debit card.

A suspension cannot be granted unless full payment has been received in advance.

Customer's will need to supply a telephone and mobile number if they are different from the ones given earlier in the form.
