Are you wondering how to get back in shape after having your baby? Our Baby Boot Camp programme offers a fantastic way to shape up and socialise. The sessions incorporate brisk walking, toning exercises for the legs, arms and abdominals and gentle stretches in the very relaxed, beautiful setting of Holland Park.
Each session ends with a social soft drink in the Holland Park Café. You can meet other mothers and socialise as well as getting in shape. The walks are ideal whether you are a new mother who has completed your postnatal check or someone with a baby under 18 months who wants to tone up and lose weight.
The programme instructor is qualified in Ante and Post Natal fitness instruction. The exercises and workout pace are adapted to suit your individual needs and we cater for all fitness levels.
No fancy equipment or clothing is required. You just need loose, comfortable trousers/tracksuit bottoms, flat comfortable shoes (ideally trainers) and layered tops (so you can take off layers/add them as you warm up and cool down). All that you need to bring is your buggy, baby and a towel for the optional floor workout component.
