Parks and Gardens In Bloom
Congratulations to everyone involved in the London in Bloom and Britain in Bloom campaigns this year. We are pleased to announce that the Borough has once again achieved a gold award in London in Bloom as well as a silver award in Britain in Bloom!
The 'In Bloom' campaign encourages communities of all sizes to make positive and lasting changes for the better to their local areas for the benefit of the local community.
They incorporate floral displays, permanent planting, environmental issues: biodiversity and sustainability, as well as recycling, and a clean street scene along with generally showing that you take pride in where you live and wish to prove this to others.
