Joint Strategy Needs Assessment consultations

We have almost finished the process of talking to the commissioners and managers of services within the Council and PCT.

This has enabled us to find out about the various drivers behind the services, forthcoming service or strategy reviews and any consultations with service users that have already occurred.

It has also helped us to capture some useful information that is not necessarily reflected in some strategies, and this is helping us identify priorities for future JSNAs.

We will be running several focus groups to meet with residents. The consultation plan sets this out in more detail:
