Services for people with a learning disability

The Learning Disability Community Team is made of people such as social workers, care managers, community nurses occupational and physiotherapists, psychologists, speech and language therapists and psychiatrists.

Together we can offer you assessments and packages of care and support plans to enable people who has been assessed as having a learning disability to live as independently as possible. This service is for people aged over 18 years.
