Who can benefit from Individual Budgets?

The Council is committed for the duration of the pilot, to working with older people with physical disabilites and people with learning difficulties. For the period, we are being evaluated for research purposes. We cannot guarantee everyone an Individual Budget, but we should be in a position to extend this option more widely from June 2007.
