All events must be covered by insurance. The hire charges do not include insurance. The insurance charge is nine per cent of the hire fee plus five per cent premium tax.
Catering for events is provided by the Council's approved caterers. Details are available on application.
Note: Once a booking is confirmed this fee will automatically be added to the hire fee and will be clearly stated on the booking form.
