Health and Safety Regulations
The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 makes '…provision for
securing the health, safety and welfare of persons at work, for
protecting others against risk to health and safety in connection
with the activities of persons at work…'
If you run a food or hospitality business, office, shop, garage,
or such like then the regulations apply to you.
Below are just a few of the laws which are enforced under the
Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, and which you as an employer or
employee must comply with:
