The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has introduced a new eSourcing solution called 'capitalEsourcing' to help simplify the procurement process for both suppliers and buyers, and to achieve greater value for money for taxpayers.  This solution is also being used by our partnered Boroughs, the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and Westminster City Council.  To contract with any of these Councils, suppliers have to register their details.  To find out more information please visit
