Audience

All food handlers working in a catering environment who already hold an accredited Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering and would benefit from refresher training.

Self Study two to three hours, followed by two hours training session

Pre-requisites

 an approved accredited Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering awarded by either  The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance, The Royal Society for Public Health, EDI, BIIAB, or City and Guilds.  A copy of the original certificate needs to be provided within seven days of booking.  The self study books will then be sent to you.
