Pre-requisites
Recommended understanding and knowledge of basic food hygiene –
ideally a Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering.
Outcome
Candidates will be able to deliver the new Level 2 Food Safety Awards for
Catering (with appropriate training skills).
