Audience
All employees.
Duration and course dates
Guided Learning (Distance Learning) only for 4-8 people using a
course book.
Manager or supervisor must supervise learners.
Assessments will take place on an agreed date.
Course dates
By arrangement. Allow at least three weeks between making the
booking and receiving the course materials. Learners should be
given at least two weeks for self and supervised study.
This may be delivered as a taught course. Please

Multiple-choice examination of 15 questions.
