Procurement

This guide has been produced to assist suppliers who wish to conduct business with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. It aims to help in the following ways:

  • by outlining the rules that the Council must follow
  • by alerting suppliers to the opportunities to supply to the Council
  • by explaining how to bid for Council procurement opportunities

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has introduced a new eSourcing solution called 'capitalEsourcing' to help simplify the procurement process for both suppliers and buyers, and to achieve greater value for money for taxpayers.  This solution is also being used by our partnered Boroughs, the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and Westminster City Council.  To contract with any of these Councils, suppliers have to register their details.  To find out more information please visit www.capitalEsourcing.com.
