Street trading terms and conditions
Our standard conditions for street trading are based on the London Local Authorities Act 1990.
It's illegal to trade anywhere on the roads or pavements in the borough without a street trading licence.
If you break any terms and conditions you could be prosecuted at a magistrates' court and/or being banned from trading.
