Street performing and All Day Thursday Market Consultation |
The Council is considering the option of introducing street performer controls on Portobello Road, Golborne Road and Notting Hill Gate. The borough is seeking views from residents, residents' associations and ward members on the issues surrounding street performing. By street performing we mean jugglers, musicians, mime artists, standing statues and painters. Please respond by Monday 30th December 2013 |
