Councillor Conduct

The Localism Act 2011 introduced new requirements in relation to Councillor Conduct and the handling of allegations that a Councillor has breached the Council’s Code of Conduct. These new arrangements were adopted by the Council at its meeting on 27 June 2012 and came into effect on 1 July 2012.
