Care to Learn Scheme
The Care to Learn scheme will pay for childcare costs and
related travel costs (up to £175 per week for young people living
in London) for parents who are under 20 years of age and who are in
education or training.
You can claim Care to Learn funding if you are under 20 and you
start learning or a training course in a school or college or as a
trainee with a company or organisation providing work-based
learning that receives some public funding.
You will need to use registered or approved childcare. Mothers
or Fathers are eligible if they are the main carer, are living in
England and are using a registered childcare provider.
