New Leaders in Early Years
New Leaders in Early Years gives exceptional graduates the
opportunity to join the Early Years sector and gain valuable
qualifications and experience. Research has shown that the life
chances of young children are significantly affected by the quality
and qualifications of those working with them in the early years.
The CWDC funded
course, delivered by Canterbury Christ Church University, will be
a programme which offers high quality graduates an exciting
opportunity to build a career in the Early Years sector.
