Consultation on Admission Arrangements
2011-12
The Royal Borough of Kensington and
Chelsea is required
to consult every three years and whenever there are
proposed changes to the admission arrangements for its community
schools and on its coordinated admissions arrangements.
Attached to the consultation document are the
proposed admissions arrangements for Chelsea Academy and voluntary
aided primary schools that have requested this borough to consult
on behalf of the respective governing body.
Royal Borough schools that are required
to consult but not included in this document will carry out
their own consultation in accordance with the same regulations.
If you are the parent of a child who is of
compulsory school age, or will be from
2011, you are
entitled to comment on these matters.
If you would prefer to be sent a hard copy,
please ring the Admissions Team on 020 7361 2210.
Any comments on the proposed arrangements for
community schools must be sent by Friday 26 February
2010 to
the Admissions Manager, Town Hall, Horton Street, W8 7NX or
email: school.admissions@rbkc.gov.uk.
Comments on the proposed admissions
arrangements for Chelsea Academy and/or the primary voluntary aided
schools included in the consultation must be returned to the
respective school for the attention of the governing body to the
address indicated in the attached document. Any comments returned
to the above address will be passed to the school(s).
