Supplementary Information Forms (SIF)

If you want to apply to The Cardinal Vaughan, Memorial RC School, St Thomas More Language College RC or Sion-Manning RC Girls' School, which are all Church schools, you will also need to complete a supplementary Information Form (SIF) if you want to be considered against their published admissions criteria. Please refer to the secondary booklet for further information. The Admissions policy for each school and the SIFs are available from each school or to download below.

If you want to apply for a Foundation place for Chelsea Academy you will need to complete the SIF if you want to be considered for priority order in accordance with their admissions critera for Foundation Places. For entry 2012 the Academy offer up 10 per cent of places to applicants with an aptitude for music.

If you would like to apply for on of the 10 per cent visual arts specialist places at Holland Park School, you will need to register by completing the form below and return it to the school.

All Supplementary Information Forms must be returned to the respective school and not the Admissions Team.
