Non Certificate Food Safety Course

What does it teach?

This course teach general awareness about one or more specific issues. If a course is run in-house you can choose the subjects you want us to cover.

What does cost?

How long does it last?

Courses last between two to three hours or a half-day.

Who should attend?

All food handlers including managers.

What subjects are covered?

The courses cover the following subjects:

  • induction and refresher training
  • food hygiene
  • food poisoning
  • contamination
  • personal hygiene
  • legislation
  • E.coli 0157
  • managing food hygiene
  • hazard analysis

Is there an assessment at the end of the courses?

No.
