After a training course

  • Training records should be kept up to date
  • Update training is necessary
  • Food safety management procedures and risk assessments will have to be reviewed and updated as necessary
  • Further training will help with career development
  • Managers and supervisors or owners of businesses, will find Level 3 or Level 4 courses more appropriate for the nature of their work
  • Your managers are responsible for ensuring that you can give a practical demonstration of what you have been taught on the course
