Infection control, hand-washing, healthier eating, training trainers, health improvement, environmental awareness, and licensing are examples of some of the topics covered by the training service. Training interventions are aimed at raising awareness of the wider determinants of public health, including nutrition, mental health, alcohol and drugs, well-being, etc.
Owners, managers and staff in voluntary organisations and community groups, landlords, students and residents, and anyone working in retail, manufacturing, wholesale, offices, food businesses, health and social care, education and childcare services, and local authorities, will all benefit from these courses.
