How to report fraudulent permit holders

As you are aware, there is a great deal of pressure on resident parking spaces in the Royal Borough, which is made worse by non-residents getting permits using false information.

We try to make sure that only eligible people hold a current permit. People who live outside the borough are not entitled to a permit.

If you think that someone is using a resident parking permit they are not entitled to, please call the Fraud contact number 020 7361 4231.
