Introduction of a New Suspension Notice

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has introduced a new, simplified parking bay suspension notice that can display simultaneously information about numerous suspensions at a particular location. This will reduce street clutter and improve the borough's streetscape.

Whilst the new sign is different in shape and size it still retains its distinctive yellow colour and displays important information such as which bays are suspended, when and why.

Whereas some of the text on the old signs was handwritten all information on the new signs will be printed making them more consistent in appearance and easier to read.
