| Every week the young carers group meet to take part in a wide range of activities. These include sports, arts and crafts, discussion groups and outings. Wednesdays (for families in Kensington) and Thursdays (for families in Chelsea). Assessment for eligibility may be required. Contact Family Action for more details. | |
