Supported Housing in West London

The Supported Housing Team work closely with West London colleagues to benchmark, commission and procure supported housing. The WL Housing Related Support Framework 2012-16 is a demonstration of this. The sub-region also work together to find ways in which contract and performance management can be done in a co-ordinated way.
