The annual report to tenants 2011 – a guide to housing services
and the local offer
The Council and the Kensington and Chelsea
Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) are required by the
Government’s housing regulator, the Tenant Services Authority, to
produce an annual report to tenants. This shows how we meet
national standards for housing services, and how we will provide
services to meet the priorities of tenants, based on recent
consultation.
Our report, produced by the Council and
the TMO, lets tenants know how we perform against the standards. It
also sets out actions where we have identified the need to do more
work. A copy of
