Mutual Exchange
Welcome to Kensington and Chelsea's new house exchange site.
The Mutual Exchange Site has now been updated and a large amount of registrations have been removed. We have re-opened the site with up to date information we have received. We are continuing to contact those registered who have not responded to ascertain whether they wish to remain registered.
We are sure that you would rather that all the registrations that are live are up to date and accurate, rather than have hundreds more of which many may have moved or provided out to date information
If you cannot login, there is a possibility that your e mail confirming your details has not been received by the Mutual Exchange Team, therefore please resend it to mexupdate@rbkc.gov.uk
We are currently working through a backlog of applications so in some cases there is a delay between registration and the acknowledgement e mail confirming PIN Number. We apologise for this and thank you for your patience.
Regards
The Mutual Exchange Team
What is a mutual exchange?
A mutual exchange involves two tenants swapping properties with one another. An exchange can take place between any Registered Social Landlord or Local Authority (ie Council) tenants. If you rent your property from a private landlord you are not able to exchange.
