How we work with social housing providers
The Royal Borough has a long history of working with registered
providers (also known as housing associations or registered social
landlords) to provide social housing.
If you are looking for social housing, you need to apply to the
Council and register on the Common Housing Register. You cannot apply
directly to a housing association.
All social housing within the Royal Borough is covered by a
nominations agreement that we have with providers. This agreement
ensures we receive properties that become empty or are built. As
well as properties in Kensington and Chelsea, the agreement covers
some properties in other boroughs, such as:
