Report to Taxpayers

Report to Taxpayers describes the Council’s major achievements and initiatives during the past year, including what progress we are making in delivering our three Council aims: Responding to residents; Really good services; and Renewing the legacy. It also covers the Council’s performance, working both alone and in partnership, in areas residents have told us are important.

In addition, the report explains where the Council’s funding comes from and where it is spent.
