We have a cancellation policy for all meetings and events.
Less than two weeks before the hire is scheduled to take place - 100 per cent of the full hire fees will be payable.
Between two and four weeks before the Hire is scheduled to take place - 75 per cent of the full hire fees will be payable.
Between four and eight weeks before the Hire is scheduled to take place - 50 per cent of the full hire fees will be payable.
Between eight and twelve weeks before the Hire is scheduled to take place - 25 per cent of the full hire fees will be payable.
In every case, if we are able to re-let the space (and we will always do our best to do so), the income we receive (less administration charges) will be fully deducted from your cancellation charge.
