Cancellation policy

We have a cancellation policy for all meetings and events.

What happens if I cancel?

Less than two weeks before the hire is scheduled to take place - 100 per cent of the full hire fees will be payable.

Between two and four weeks before the Hire is scheduled to take place - 75 per cent of the full hire fees will be payable.

Between four and eight weeks before the Hire is scheduled to take place - 50 per cent of the full hire fees will be payable.

Between eight and twelve weeks before the Hire is scheduled to take place - 25 per cent of the full hire fees will be payable.

In every case, if we are able to re-let the space (and we will always do our best to do so), the income we receive (less administration charges) will be fully deducted from your cancellation charge.

Could the Centre cancel my booking?

Yes, but we would only cancel if:

• Any part of the Centre is closed or unavailable due to events beyond our control
• You become insolvent, or in the case of an individual, become subject to a bankruptcy petition
• The booking, persons associated with the booking and/or the purpose of the meeting might damage the reputation of the Centre
• The Centre has to host European or Parliamentary or Local Elections
• Any important information was misrepresented on the Booking Form
