The diagrams below are suggested seating plans, but we are fully flexible in room set up so if the layout you require is not listed please contact us to discuss your requirements further.

Seating plans

Purpose of room	Description
Theatre	Chairs in straight rows facing the front of the room with (or without) an aisle down the middle
Chairs herringbone	Chairs in a v-shaped row facing the front of the room with (or without) an aisle down the middle)
Chairs semi-circle	Chairs in a single semi-circle row facing the front of the room)
Classroom	Tables (with up to four chairs) in rows facing the front of the room
Tables open U	Tables and chairs in a single u-shaped row
Blocks of tables	Up to eight chairs surrounding squares of two tables
Tables herringbone	Tables (with up to four chairs) in v-shaped rows facing the front of the room
Board room	Single block of tables surrounded by chairs
Cabaret	Up to four chairs surrounding single tables set at random angles
