If you need help and would like to talk to a personal advisor from Connexions, you can email them using the form below.

The Connexions Centre will reply to any email address, telephone number or address chosen by you. Remember that if you contact them out of hours they will contact you as soon as they return to the office. Generally the personal advisors at the Centre will try and contact you within two working days.

You'll get an answer on any topic and it's confidential as well. If Connexions can't help they will put you in touch with someone who can.

Connexions is the national support service for all young people aged 13-19, (and up to 24 for young people with learning difficulties and disabilities).

The Connexions Centre brings together a variety of services for young people to provide advice, guidance and support on a range of issues such as education, training, jobs, money, housing, legal advice and lifestyle decisions to help them make a smooth transition to adulthood and working life.
