Bibliotherapy
Bibliotherapy is the therapeutic use of the
written word to help people in any situation in life. This may
include the treatment of illness or personal problems. It aims
to improve access to self-help materials and bring people together
through weekly reading groups where books are read aloud: Bibliotherapy.
Career advice
If you're looking for career
advice, the library offers services that might help, including
free career coaching, and National Careers Service sessions to help
you build on your skills and create a great CV - see career advice.

Learning support
The libraries offer a range of services to
help you continue your learning, whatever your age. These

Reading Groups
If you love to share and discuss books in a
friendly, relaxed atmosphere, why not join one of our Reading groups.
Books in other languages
Kensington and Chelsea libraries provides
books in many languages other than English. Five of our
libraries have books in other languages.
