Fines and charges
There is no charge for borrowing books, but there is a fee for
some other services, such as borrowing videos and DVDs:
Other chargeable services include reproduction work on pictures
available from our archive.
Concessions are reserved for those that live, work or study in
the Royal Borough. However if you join as an out of Borough member
you will still be able to enjoy a wide range of our services.
