Zumba dancing in Kensington and ChelseaWe offer a wide variety of sporting and physical activity opportunities, including health walks, yoga, line dancing and Zumba classes, for adults aged over 19.

Sport and physical activity sessions

In the Park

Pushy Parents class in Holland Park

Pushy Parents

Venue: Holland Park, Ilchester Place, W8 6LU
Time and day: Tuesdays and Fridays 10:30 to 11:30
Cost: £5
Description: A class for parents and babies which combines power walking drills and strength training exercise. This class helps with weight management, aerobic fitness and core strength.


Indoors

Yoga

Venue: Kensington Leisure Centre, Walmer Road, W11 4PQ
Time and day: Monday 15:30 to 16:30
Cost: £2.10
Description: This class is aimed at all levels and abilities, whether you are new to yoga or more experienced. During the class you will be guided through a series of stretching positions that will build flexibility and strength while promoting a sense of wellbeing.

Time and day: Every Wednesday, 18.00 to 19.00

Aquamotion class at Chelsea Sport Centre

Aquamotion

Description: A gentle exercise session which takes place in the shallow area of the pool. This fun and sociable session includes simple exercises to increase your mobility, strength and flexibility.
