What are Study Centres?
Study Centres help you find and use what you need, for homework or school projects. You may be looking for information, a space to sit and study, computers, or someone to help with your homework.
How do I join?
Membership is free. You just need to be a library member.

How old do I need to be?
Study Centres in Kensington Central, Chelsea, North Kensington and Kensal Libraries are for 8 to 12 year olds. Learning Space at Brompton is for young people aged 8 to 18 years and their parents.
What do they have?
- Books
All the Children's Libraries in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea have books to help you with your homework. Most can be borrowed, reference books can be used in the library.
- Computers
Every Study Centre has at least one computer for you to use. The Internet is available for educational websites to help you with your homework. You can use the computers for typing up and printing your work.
- Help
All the Children's Libraries have friendly staff to help you find information and complete your homework. There is space for you to study and photocopying facilities at each club.
