Joining the library is free and easy to do; you can join online
or in person. To become a member you will need to complete the
membership form and provide proof of name and address.
With a library card, adults can borrow up to a maximum of 25
items and children can borrow up to 16 items. Borrowing books is
Renewing your library items has never been easier. You can renew
online, by telephone or in person.
Opening and closing times are different for each library.

For users who find it difficult to get to the library we offer
the Home Library Service to bring the library to you.
If you are aged 20+ you can see a National Careers Service
Employment and Skills adviser. They will help you produce a winning
CV, advice on job search techniques and much, much more.
