Adoption of new Code of Conduct

At the Council meeting on 27 June 2012 the Royal Borough, in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011, put in place new local arrangements covering Councillor Conduct. The Council adopted a new Code of Councillor Conduct and streamlined arrangements for the handling of allegations that a Councillor has breached that Code. The new arrangements came into effect on 1 July 2012.
